5 quick 15 minute Hacks for Party Snacks

These quick to make appetizers and drinks will be a savior if you have unexpected guests over and you do not wish to spend a lot of time in the kitchen and running around making them wonder where you have disappeared.

1) Boiled Egg Swirl

Scoop out the egg yolks from a hard boiled egg and mix it with some mayonnaise, herbs and a little salt. Swirl it back in the egg using a piping bag and add some toppings.

2) Roasted Masala Papad

Microwave the papad for 30 seconds and top it with chopped onion, tomatoes, corriander leaves, sev bhujiya (optional) and a little lemon juice. Sprinkle some rock salt, red chili flakes and you have a spicy treat ready!

3) the Shortcut Pizza

Top the bread slices with some pizza topping, cut vegetables or shredded chicken and grated cheese. Bake in the microwave and finish with oregano and chili flakes.

4) Stuffed Tomatoes

You need not stuff these with cheese. Mashed leftover vegetables like aloo matar or even leftover pulav works as a brilliant stuffing. Fill the tomato cavities with the mixture and microwave for 3-4 minutes. Garnish with chopped herbs.

 5) Strawberry and Mint Shake
Blend milk, strawberry crush or syrup, crushed mint leaves and some ice cubes in a grinder. Add an ice-cream scoop for a smoothie. (Full recipe)
